2.1 All logistics partners maintain valid transportation licenses and comply with U.S. federal and state regulations.
2.2 Carriers are selected based on service quality, reliability, coverage, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Shipping Methods
3.1 Standard U.S. Regions:
FedEx Ground, UPS Standard, USPS Priority Mail.
3.2 Remote/Rural Areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico):
USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery, or regional carriers.
3.3 Special Items (high-value, fragile, oversized, perishables):
Shipped via dedicated freight services or temperature-controlled logistics.
4. Shipping Timeframes
4.1 Orders placed before 3:00 PM MST on business days ship the same day (excludes pre-orders/custom items).
4.2 Weekend/holiday orders ship within 24 hours of the next business day.
