At DAILYPICK LLC, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds on items purchased through our online store at infinitas.life.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags and packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the item’s delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect​ (you received a different item than ordered).

Please Note:​ Certain items may be marked as non-returnable​ for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This typically includes (but is not limited to) digital downloads, personalized/custom-made items, and items marked as final sale (e.g., clearance). Check the product description for specific non-returnable notices.

2. Refund Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us first (see Section 4 below). Do not ship items back without authorization.

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method​ used for the purchase.

    • Please allow 3–7 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the 30-day​ return window.

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing original tags/packaging.

  • Final sale items, including clearance or heavily discounted merchandise (unless defective/damaged upon arrival).

  • Original shipping and handling fees​ (unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping a wrong or defective item).

  • Any items explicitly stated as non-returnable​ on the product page.
